Hot flashes are fun! Black cohash works well for me. I take a great multi vitamin for perimenopause, menopause and post menopausal women and it has black cohash in it. I'm also on an estrogen patch. My hot flashes are very limited...thank GOD!
Global warming huh? Can we blame this on Bush somehow?
