My Menopause Blog: Thinning
Semantics make all the difference.
Imagine this. Instead of taking a 'coffee break' at work, you had 'recess'. Or rather than 'living by the rules', you used 'guidelines'.
The choice of a word can make a huge difference in the way we approach a situation.
So I'm not going bald like I've reported over and over again.
My hair is thinning.

Hair thinning is really bugging me. Each pregnancy is a joy and disappointment. While pregnant, hair got thick. After baby turn 3 months, hair start thinning and continue to thin like at least baby 8 months old. What gives? Some said it's hormones. Wonder if that means when I'm at my menopause, it will just keep thinning. Yikes! What a scary thought!!!
You are right, thinner - yes, but you will not go bald. Relax.
